LogisVert – Enhanced Incentive for Multi-Unit Residential Buildings

Do you own a multi-unit residential building? You may be eligible for an enhanced financial incentive for the installation of a wall-mounted heat pump. Hydro-Québec offers an enhanced incentive through its LogisVert program for multi-unit residential buildings located in certain energy-poor areas.
For an ENERGY STAR® cold-climate wall-mounted heat pump, the financial incentive can reach $220 per 1,000 BTU/h at -8°C, representing an additional $100 per 1,000 BTU/h compared to the regular incentive.
Eligibility depends on factors including the building’s postal code, year of construction, number of dwelling units, and property value.

This joint program of the ministère de l’Énergie et des Ressources naturelles and Hydro-Québec could grant you up to $7,300*.
